Our Policies 

At Carolina Mobile Lab, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and accurate results. Due to the sensitive nature of our  testing services, all sales are final once a test has been completed or a kit has been sent. 

In cases of cancellation before sample collection or kit shipment, a partial refund may be available, subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to appear may result in a forfeiture of the testing fee.

Mileage & same day appointment fees may be accessed at the time of booking.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to reschedule where possible, but missed appointments without prior notice may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling without additional charges.
